Refunds: Due to the nature of our items, we do not issue refunds; all sales are FINAL.
Exchanges: If an exchange is approved and was due to shop error; An exchange may ONLY occur if the item was a READY TO SHIP (RTS); We do not exchange on custom requested items. We cannot guarantee an exact replacement (i.e. specific print) as many of our RTS items are One Of A Kind (OOAK), therefore we do not keep several of those in stock. If an exchange is warranted, it will be for a LIKE item at equal OR LESSER value. We do not refund, return or exchange on custom requested items or bath & body products. Original RTS item must be sent back and received in original condition before we ship the replacement. If an exchange was approved and was due to shop error, Charms CB will issue a return label and ship replacement at no cost to customer….HOWEVER if an exchange was approved but customer ordered the incorrect size, color, etc, customer is to pay return shipping AND shipping for new item. Pictures or videos may be requested by the shop in order to approve an exchange.
Returns: We do not accept returns or exchanges for ANY bath and body items due to hygiene reasons. All bath and body items are FINAL SALE. We may accept a return on a case by case basis for RTS items; in turn you will receive shop credit minus shipping charges. Pictures and/or video may be requested by the shop in order to approve a return. We do not accept returns for ANY custom requested items. All Custom Items are FINAL SALE.
Cancellations: Custom Items- customer has 24 hours from time of payment to cancel a custom request (made to order) for a full refund. This is does NOT include bath and body items. No cancellations accepted after 24 hours. N cancellations on RTS items.
Shipping: Our shipping is a FLAT RATE of shipping & handling fees. We may use various postal services to ship your items.
Custom Orders: An order is considered a CUSTOM (made to order) when the client specifies any of the following; colors, prints, style, shape, length, size, etc. It is when the item(s) are made to the client’s specifications. This is for any handmade item including our bath and body line. We make an item SPECIALLY FOR YOU. Due to the nature of these order we do not accept returns or exchanges. If customer has ordered the incorrect size or color, etc; customer will need to place a new order. A minimum of 50% deposit is required before any work on the order is started. The remaining balance is due before shipping.
